- Purchasing a Winlink Express registration key is optional. It is not a way to license the software. It is a contribution to ARSFI.
- A Winlink Express software license is free to amateur radio licensees. You can use all features of Express by clicking through the reminder screen whenever it appears. Installing the key suppresses this popup message.
- If you choose to register, you’ll need to purchase a digital key for $24. This purchase supports the Amateur Radio Safety Foundation and its projects. It is not tax-deductible, according to US IRS rules, because the key is a quid-pro-quo for the contribution.
- The registration key cost is per call sign up to 17 callsigns and is non-transferable.
- Bulk purchase of registration keys for groups of 18+ callsigns is available. Email winlink@arsfi.org for bulk purchase information.
- You can pay here with a credit or debit card and other ways via our payment processor, Stripe.
- Once you’ve completed the registration process, you’ll receive a key via email. You should enter this into your program.
- Should you loose or forget your key, it is aways available to you on your account page at winlink.org.
